SHIPPING
Orders are sent with Purolator and no signature is required. Even if you are not home, the driver will leave the package. Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed the Purolator tracking number. Please note that once your order has been sent to the distributor, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
Free Shipping is available on AutoOrders over $100.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
To return or exchange a product, please contact our clinic at 416-941-8920. We will provide you with the details on what can be returned and how to handle the return. Please note that a restocking fee may apply.
When returning or exchanging a product, you will need to provide:
• The product(s) description and quantity to be returned/credited.
• The reason for return.
• The order number and date of purchase.
If you have the packing list that shipped with the product, please provide this so we can locate the order quickly.
