I have always had a love of animals from a very young age and decided early on that I wanted to make a career from that love. I started off my schooling at Sheridan College where I graduated with honours from the Animal Care program. I found I wanted to be more involved with the medical side of animal care and made the decision to go back to school and graduated from St. Clair College with honours from the Veterinary Technician program. I have been working as a Veterinary technician for a number of years now and in 2020 I wanted to further my education and my career by pursuing my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and recently becoming the Practice Manager.

When I am not working with the fantastic team at Nottawasaga Valley Veterinary Hospital I love spending time camping, playing video games and travelling with my amazing husband and daughter. In my downtime, I love to curl up with my 2 cats, Mouse and Raven, a good book and a cup of tea.
