I’ve always loved animals growing up and knew I wanted to pursue working with them.
I completed the veterinary assisting program in 2020, where I found my absolute love for cats (although I love all animals). Cats will always have a special place in my heart. I adopted my own cat shortly after the program, Mr. Peanut Butter, the 17 year old handsome boy.
When I’m not at work, I’m at home giving him all the love and playing with him.
I have worked in veterinary medicine for a few years since graduating the program and started at nvvh in summer 2024. My favourite thing about veterinary medicine is the connections we make with our patients and being able to watch them grow and be there for them when unwell.
